HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CLINCAL TRIAL?

What types of clinical research does the EDDC perform?

At the Early Drug Development Center (EDDC), we support and guide patients through early clinical trials. This means that only phase 1 and 2 clinical studies are performed at the EDDC. In this early clinical research process, we believe in creating a trusting environment to give patients the support and care they need. If you are interested in participating in an early clinical trial, you should first discuss this with your doctor.

How do I sign up for an early clinical trial?

If you have discussed your interest for participation in an early clinical trial with your doctor, he or she can refer you to an EDDC specialist through this form. Together, we will look into which studies might be suitable for you, especially because there are specific inclusion criteria to consider. After referral, the specialist will talk you through the goal of the study and its requirements.

In case you or your doctor want more information, feel free to send an email to phase1@nki.com. We will get back to you with additional details. For more information about phase 1 or 2 clinical research, read our step by step description at How does clinical research work?
